At Open Lab, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy film photography. We're committed to making our services as accessible and inclusive as possible, and we're continually looking for ways to improve.

As a small independent photo lab, we're always happy to work with customers to find practical solutions that make using our services easier.

1. Visiting Open Lab

Our Collingwood lab is located at street level. There is a single step at the entrance, which may make access difficult for wheelchair users.

If you're unable to enter the shop, we're more than happy to come to the entrance to assist you. Our service counter is located just inside the door, allowing us to easily help with film drop-offs, collections, or any questions you may have.

We also have a secure film dropbox located immediately outside the front entrance, which can be used 24 hours a day without needing to enter the premises.

2. Alternative Drop-Off Options

If visiting the lab isn't convenient, you can also:

Use our secure dropbox at Collingwood Yards, which is fully accessible from street level with no steps.
Post your film to Open Lab using our mail-in processing service.

If you need another arrangement, please get in touch—we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

3. Website Accessibility

We're continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and online ordering experience. If you encounter any issues accessing information, completing an order, or using any part of our website, we'd appreciate hearing from you so we can improve it.
